Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategic sale of finance and insurance products, consistently exceeding set targets.
- Ensure impeccable adherence to all legal and financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with customers, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert, tailored financial product advice to customers, aligning solutions with their unique needs.

Essential Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- NQF 4 in Retail or Short-Term Insurance, with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits.
- A minimum of 3 - 4 years'' relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities (please provide your Date of First Appointment - DOFA).
- Valid RE Accreditation.
- Valid NCA Accreditation.
- Up-to-date CPD hours for all relevant cycles.
- Proof of completed COS training.
- A comprehensive understanding of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership operational principles.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
