F&I Manager - Pietermaritzburg - KwaZulu-Natal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Automotive Dealership based in Pietermaritzburg is looking to employ an F&I Manager.

As an F&I Manager, your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products in order to maximize gross profit.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Selling of approved finance and insurance products
Ensuring final check and all delivery requirements have been adhered to
Managing relationships between the client and the bank/insurance provider
Ensuring statutory requirements are met
Monitoring the progress of the finance & insurances product sales
Administering the finance & insurance data
Ensuring customer satisfaction is met

Requirements:

Grade 12
Computer Literate
Finance Diploma & Credit Management Diploma will be beneficial
Motor Industry / Banking environment will be advantageous

Required Knowledge/Experience:

National Credit Act
Credit Regulator Act
Financial Advisory and Intermediate Service Act
Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)
