Job Title: F&I Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Secure suitable finance deals for customers by obtaining required supporting documentation
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customers with clear, appropriate and compliant advice regarding finance options
• Present and facilitate the sale of approved value-added products
• Ensure all finance, insurance, and deal documentation is accurate and complete
• Oversee and monitor the debtors book relating to finance transactions
• Ensure FICA and RMCP requirements are met for finance transactions
• Maintain regular communication with customers, sales executives, finance houses, and insurers
• Support effective administration by ensuring customer files and compliance records are complete
• Take ownership of personal performance and continuous professional development

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum of three years' financial services or dealership finance experience
• FAIS accreditation in line with Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements
• NCA, RE, COB, and CPD requirements must be completed
• Sound knowledge of vehicle finance and credit application processes
