POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert financial and insurance advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all FAIS and NCA requirements
- Structure tailored finance and value-added product (VAP) packages to suit individual client needs
- Manage the full finance process from application to final delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance partners
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Drive dealership profitability through consistent upselling of VAPs
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards
- Keep up to date with legislation, finance products, and dealership procedures
Requirements:
- NCA Card & RE5 Qualification (compulsory)
- Full FAIS compliance with up-to-date CPD points
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an F&I Manager within a franchised dealership
- Proven track record of high conversion rates and VAP sales performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and compliance abilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Experience with premium or luxury vehicle brands will be an advantage
