F&I Export Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Our manufacturing client in the East Rand is looking for a F&I Export Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Job Description

• Customer/ Sales/ Dealer/ Sinosure Consultant relationship building
• Complete Application Process - which includes but is not limited to the following: (Collating Client information, Liaising with Sales and Finance departments for respective information, being able to provide deal recommendation and motivations, follow through on Conditions of Approval)
• Preparation of Approval Letters and distribution of approval letters to clients.
• Preparation of Various Contracts (Country and Client specific) to include forwarding to client and ensuring return of signed contract from client.
• Preparation of Supporting Security Documentation.
• Collections management - Providing clients with schedule of upcoming payments and/ or following up on arrear status of accounts, monitoring daily banking through finance department for client payments made.
• Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly Reports
• Client interaction through client visits, zoom based meetings, telephone calls.
• Compliance Management - adhering to FIC, NCR regulations
• Risk Management - maintaining a good level of risk management in the following areas, (insurance confirmations, license renewals, security, repossession related risks)
• Local/ Export Travel will be required
• Lead generation through (client/ sales/ dealer) relationships
• General Client enquiries
• General administration
• General filing

Position Requirements

• Well presented, respectful and energetic.
• Good problem-solving skills including ability to understand related business requirements.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Previous experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
• Sales
• Commercial Dealer Stock Control
• Banking particularly Asset Finnace and Floorplans
• Finance / Accounting
• Debtor Collections

General administration skills.

• Computer literacy
• Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Dealer network systems (Dealernet, Automate, Kerridge) Not a requirement but would be beneficial
• Finance systems Xperek - Not a requirement but would be beneficial.

Salary

R30 000 plus commission
