· effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment, staffing, opening times and solving any challenges that might arise
· provide dependable and well considered requisitions of resources
· accurately and efficiently provide staff rosters, conduct stock takes and produce relevant reports
· build a competent and motivated team across all departments through confident and caring leadership.
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF level 4); good numeracy skills (NQF level 4); competent verbal and written English skills; at least two years’ experience in a Food and Beverage environment.
