SUMMARY:
A luxury lodge in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, Limpopo, is seeking an experienced, guest-focused FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER to join its small, high-end team.
POSITION INFO:
This is an operational, guest-facing role for a driven F&B professional who leads from the front and thrives in a close-knit, remote lodge environment. The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent service standards, and the ability to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation with confidence and consistency.

- Strong, proven experience in food and beverage management within a lodge or high-end hospitality setting
- Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Strong leadership and staff management ability
- Excellent guest interaction and service standards
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage pressure during service
- Flexible and adaptable within a small-team, remote environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage service across the lodge to a consistently high standard
- Manage stock control, ordering, and requisitions
- Lead, train, and manage F&B staff to maintain service standards at all times
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and reception teams to ensure seamless operational flow
- Maintain high standards of guest service throughout all meal periods
- Handle guest queries and requests relating to dining and beverage service professionally and efficiently
- Ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operational flow across all service periods
