Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage within a 5-star boutique property or Big 5 lodge environment
- Professional culinary experience is an advantage
- Proven experience in menu development
- Strong stock control experience in both food and beverage
- Experience in hospitality and service training
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene in kitchen operations
- Extensive purchasing and procurement experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- A true “Food Fundi” — passionate about food, people, and service
- Code 8 driver’s license
