We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire our client's establishment.
The ideal candidate needs to bring a strong operational background, excellent wine knowledge, and proven training and mentoring skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4*–5* hospitality background in F&B management
- Strong operational and leadership skills
- Solid wine knowledge and service expertise
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff
- F&B diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must be a South African citizen
