FACTORY MANAGER - KYA SANDS RANDBURG - Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Must have at least 10 years’ experience working in a similar role in the Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry
Must have a relevant diploma and/or qualification
Must have compounding experience
Must have formulation experience
Must have production planning experience
Must have ISO knowledge and experience
Must have QC knowledge and experience
Must have procurement experience
Must have receiving and dispatching experience
GMP an advantage
Must be able to manage a blue-collar team without middle-management or supervisory assistance and be firm and assertive
Must be reliable, honest, and trustworthy. High levels of integrity are essential
Must have excellent communication skills. Must give regular feedback and have excellent record keeping skills
Must be organized and diligent
Must have a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Must be proactive and take initiative
Must be able to work without supervision
Must work extremely well under pressure and have multitasking skills. Excellent time management skills are essential
Must be willing to go the extra mile and put in extra time when necessary
