SUMMARY:
Gro-Direct Sales agents are responsible for visiting residential and commercial customers in areas on behalf of The Unlimited for the purpose of introducing the product and closing sales.

POSITION INFO:

Listening and negotiation skills are essential to help achieve the best outcome by establishing the customers circumstances in order to agree the most appropriate solution.

Full training is given, however successful candidates need to be able to demonstrate experience of :

Good negotiation and objection handling skills, empathy, assertiveness, tact, resilience and the ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds

Role Responsibilities Include:

Visiting customer properties on a daily / weekly basis as agreed

Discuss with the customer their areas and negotiate solutions

Report to the office every day

The successful candidates will need to have a clear FSB , have PASSED GRADE 12, BE SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN WITH AN ID AND HAVE A SMART PHONE.
