Our client, reputable mining company based in the North West Province is seeking a skilled FA Practitioner Stores to join their team

POSITION INFO:

DESCRIPTION

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY

• ​Manage SHEQ compliance within the Process through effective use of the Toolbox
• Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status
• Adhere to all related SOP''s, PTO''s and CTO''s as per Training Matrix per position, SHEQ and company standards

CUSTOMERS

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction

BUSINESS PROCESSES
Inventory Control:
Manage the Inventory Control processes:

• ​Materials Management
• Ordering
• Receiving
• Issuing
• Create and process requisitions

Computer Systems:

• Oversee the Stores Systems

Critical Items:

• Manage Critical Items (ABC Analysis)

Repairable Stock Items:

• ​Manage repairable stock items
• Identify rotable spares
• Investigate abnormal reservations
• Assist with adhoc FA generalist duties as required

SOP''s:

• Review, update and develop SOP''s

GROWTH

• Implement Continuous Improvement opportunities

SHAREHOLDER VALUE

• Monitor and control Stores costs
