POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading Chrome Mining Group is looking for an experienced and qualified FA Practitioner Stores at their TC Smelter Division in Mooinooi in theNorth WestProvince.
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY
Manage SHEQ compliance within the Process through effective use of the Toolbox
Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status
Adhere to all related SOP’s, PTO’s and CTO’s as per Training Matrix per position, SHEQ and company standards

Ensure Customer Satisfaction
BUSINESS PROCESSES
Inventory Control:
Manage the Inventory Control processes:
Materials Management
Ordering
Receiving
Issuing
Create and process requisitions
Computer Systems:
Oversee the Stores Systems
Critical Items:
Manage Critical Items (ABC Analysis)
Repairable Stock Items:
Manage repairable stock items
Identify rotable spares
Investigate abnormal reservations
Assist with adhoc FA generalist duties as required
SOP’s:
Review, update and develop SOP’s
GROWTH
Implement Continuous Improvement opportunities
SHAREHOLDER VALUE
Monitor and control Stores costs
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain or Procurement
5 Years relevant procurement / stores experience
Additional qualifications:
SAP knowledge would be advantageous
