Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking for an experienced F & B Recreational Manager to join their organization

Location: Umhlanga Rocks, Durban

Requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality qualification
• 3 years of experience as an F & B Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 4-Star or 5-Star establishment
• Experience using the Micros POS system
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that consistently exceptional Food and Beverage service is rendered to every guest in the outlet
• Ensure that the correct billing procedures are maintained
• Establish and maintain happy, healthy, and stable working relations with all staff and management
• Train and upskill staff
• Maximize revenue with upselling
• Maintain and oversee the execution of RCH Standards
• Maintain departmental budgets and ensure departmental profitability
