SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

To ensure that the Groupâ€™s minimum brand standards are implemented, and to ensure that all operations, such as restaurants, weddings & conferences closely monitored . The successful incumbent would also assist the GM in the day -to-day running of the hotel

Must have:

Min of 4-6 yrs exp in full function F&B Manager
2-3 yrs exp in assisting the GM
Matric + related tertiary education in the field of F&B

Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
Process customer complaints patiently
Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
Track and order shipments
Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
Adhere to food, health and safety standards
Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
