A leading Global Call Center is currently seeking a highly creative eLearning Developer to assist with online learning, inspiring learners within Customer Operations. Designing, Developing & Delivering online Course.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience within eLearning development
• Demonstrated knowledge of Articulate 360
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• Solid knowledge of Adult Learning and Design Principles
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills Include:

• Video editing
• Experience of using Adobe suite of tools
• Experience/interest in Sports
• LMS experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging online courses for Customer Ops teams
• Conduct effective needs analysis and provide applicable solutions
• Work with SMEs to understand requirements of learning content
• Performing basic LMS administration functions
• Work with an established Training Team to support current learning practices
• Project manage the development of online learning courses from concept to delivery
