SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an eCommerce Market Place Co-Ordinator for the management and supervision of their online store. Managing the logistics, customer service, stock, and website control to ensure the ultimate growth of the Channel

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification

Receive order and document correctly

Confirm inbound orders

Processing orders

Ensuring prices are correct on the online store front end

Monitoring the picking and packing of orders

Follow up with the delivery of the order & update the tracker

Follow up on removal orders

Follow up on damages

Processing waybills for JHB orders

Booking a delivery slot with CPT and JHB online store offices

Sales maximisation through banners & daily deals

Ensuring invoices are supplied within the stipulated time frame

Deal with any queries and complaints via email and telephone

Dealing with replacements 

Upload, website checks, price updates

Communication technical issues to E-Commerce Manager

Communicate customer issues to Head of Marketing and Retail

Minimum Requirements

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to Intermediate Level

User knowledge of CRM systems or database products

English proficiency – candidate should have a high standard of verbal and written communication (good spelling and grammar is essential)

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Strong product knowledge

Ability to manage time efficiently
