e-tag Social Discount Senior Clerk

SUMMARY:
Company: Pt Operational Services
Location: Hatfield, Pretoria
Reports to: Operations & Special Project Supervisor
Purpose:  To oversee the administration of the e-tag Social Discount function by supporting customers, processing and resolving e-tag and social discount queries, managing applications and renewals, balancing e-tag stock, revenue and bank accounts, maintaining accurate records, and preparing monthly reports and statistics. The position also provides guidance and support to Social Discount Clerks and assists with related sales, marketing and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

• Grade 12
• An applicable tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• MS Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel) 
• Company’s OHS Policies & Procedures, Disciplinary Code, In house Induction
• Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License (Code B)
• At least 2 years’ related experience (e.g. debtors clerk, accounting, data capturing, etc.)
• Excellent writing, documenting and communication skills in English

• Assisting and resolving client queries.
• E-tag refunds or credit notes on Solve-direct tickets (SANRAL queries).
• Checking & balancing of E-tag revenue and sales accounts from Social Discount Clerks and the PR Manager from Bakwena.
• Monthly reports and statistics for management reports to Bakwena.
• E-Tag not read control on Solve-direct tickets
• Balancing of E-Tag Stock and Revenue.
• Maintaining various registers.
• Process customer refunds via Solve-direct tickets.
• Administering, processing and management of Social Discount Grant applications and renewals
• E-tag stats for head office and other social discount offices (Petroport and Swartruggens)
• Stock Balancing of Social Discount E-Tags.
• Resolving queries on social discount grants
• Administration of all company e-tags (Client, Fleet, Plaza personnel, MANCO)
• Administration of staff e-tag usage.
• Telephonic queries and client assistance.
• Filing of client correspondence and changes on client details.
• Assisting Social Discount Clerks with job functions, when required.
• Assisting PR Manager with sales and marketing job functions.
• Monthly balancing of bank account (e-tag revenue).
• Any other tasks, as required by Management.
