SUMMARY:
External Sales Representative (Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo)

POSITION INFO:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

vQuotations.

vFollowing up on quotes on a weekly basis.

vLiaising with customers on a daily basis.

vData Capturing and updating existing customer database.

vData Capturing into a CRM system and/or using the CRM Phone app.

vProcessing Orders and Invoicing.

vResearch on new customers, analyse market needs and develop account strategies.

vReach achievable sales targets and growing sales.

vAttend weekly sales meetings to discuss customer status.

vAchieve weekly meeting target and KPI’s.

vCold calling.

vAttend tender meetings.

vReports to sales manager.

vContinuous Business development.

vStock take and arranging for a parcel collection.

Requirements:

vSouth African Citizen and valid ID book.

vMinimum 4 Years external sales experience in an industrial automation industry (Proved track record).

vMinimum qualification level:

vQualification Level advantage: Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical diploma and/or degree.

vComputer/Industrial Networking background.

vConfident and eloquent and well-spoken on the telephone.

vDetail-orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy.

vExcellent communication skills.

vPositive attitude and highly motivated.

vExcellent computer, typing, MS Office skills (Good presentation skills).

vExcellent command of the English language.

vReliable car and valid driver’s license.

vMust be willing and able to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.

vSound understanding of:

vIndustrial Automation-PLC, HMI/SCADA, Servo, Encoders, Serial Connectivity.

vAC Drives, uses thereof and application, AC Motors.

vIP surveillance and Remote Automation.

vNon-AA/EE.
