POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced sales representative to grow their footprint in the panel building, original equipment and genset sectors, whilst targeting a portfolio of selected clients in the wholesaler environment.  The incumbent should have extensive experience in the panel building industry and have knowledge of switchgear and motor-control brands.  Experience in the electrical industry is a must with in-depth knowledge of MCB, MCCB, MCM, panel boards and cascading.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Exposure to the electrical sector, preferred
  • 5 - 10 years demonstrated formal sales experience in low voltage electrical switchgear and motor control industry

 

Must be proficient in MS Office and have an existing network of contacts among, panel builders, consulting engineers / municipality engineers / Eskom Engineers / industry clients etc
