The largest independent distributor of fasteners in South Africa is seeking an experienced Fasteners External Sales Executive to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building long term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Matric Certification
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license is essential.
• Successful experience in a similar industry role.
• 3–5 Years’ experience in Engineering/Fastener Sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Read and understand, mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Working understanding of network communications technology – Internet, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Duties

• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Maintain professional business relationships with targets and or assigned accounts.
• Provide status of ongoing contracts/projects and future projects.
• Identify and communicate customer''s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
