External Sales Consultant (Courier)

• Grade 12 ; Relevant Tertiary Qualification (would be advantageous).
  • Min 3 years’ experience in external sales (cold calling, lead referrals) within the road freight courier industry
  • Ability to pick up training quickly if not from the industry, sell; build relationships essential.
  • Salary: Basic + Petrol, Car and Cell Phone Allowance and Commission
  • Industries – Logistics, Freight, Courier, Express Freight Road Transport Or Office Automation
  • Must be able to sell, and have a broad knowledge of many business and networks within each
  • South African Citizen with clear criminal record

ü  External Sales and or transport; freight courier industry experience (first option)

ü  A person of integrity, character and professional attitude

ü  Excellent communication; client relations & service orientation skills

ü  Attention to detail & follow up skills

ü  Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

ü  Own transport – reliable and trustworthy

ü  Ability to operate independently.

ü  Computer Literate (MS Office at an advanced level)
