SUMMARY:
External Sales

POSITION INFO:

Duties: 

  • External Sales, calling on current customer base and ensuring merchandising standards are maintained on shelf.
  • Placing orders on customers and ensuring timeous execution of delivery to the customer.
  • New Business development
  • New product development
  • Consistently achieving set sales targets

 

Qualifications:

  • Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • 5-10 Years Sales experience in the retail/FMCG market place.
  • Merchandising experience
  • Key accounts management
  • Marketing experience
  • Able to negotiate with buyers at store level.
  • Able to negotiate with National buyers at senior level.
  • Able to negotiate and initiate in store promotions as well as national promotions.
  • Able to travel across SA
  • Own Vehicle with valid driver’s license.
