SUMMARY:
Our client in the North West Region is looking for a Sales Representative, that is target driven, self-motivated, and dedicated to enjoy the environment.

POSITION INFO:
Main Requirements: 

Output/Core Tasks:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and run meetings throughout the client’s hierarchy.
Proactively manage client expectations.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Promote the group of company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through field activities.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by pro-actively managing expectations.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Manage and adhere to deadlines.

Essential Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales representative, or a relevant role.
Between 3 to 8 years in a sales environment.
Working with/in the public/private/mining sector at a senior level
Strong client service delivery focus.
Fluent in English and able to articulate issues clearly.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks - Proficient in MS Office.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.

Preferable:
Experience in building strong relationships.
Solid contact base in the mining industry on a senior level
Technical Qualification.

Competencies:
High degree of aptitude in the Mining environment.
Strong influencing skills, and a high level of patience.
Committed and focused, despite setbacks and objections that may arise.
Strong administrative-, project- and organisational-skills.
Formal technical and sales training.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets (this would be beneficial).
Strong drive to deliver.
Relationship and network building ability, with good presentation and communication skills.
