At ADVTECH Resourcing our aim is to develop and train talented high achieving individuals to become elite specialist recruiters with deep industry expertise.
This opportunity will award you to be part of a JSE listed company with a reputation in the industry to produce some of the best recruiters in the South African market.
As a recruitment consultant you will be expected to:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Generate new business
Source and attract candidates with a scarce skill in the industry
Identify gaps in the market and grow market share
Negotiate fees with clients
Conduct detailed interviews with candidates
Meet and exceed set targets
Full 360 recruitment

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification (related to business)
Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
A track record of achievements
An ambition to be the best version of your self
