Exports Coordinator

1 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2 Assist in administrative work
3 Coordinate travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Export department
4 Coordinate work on vehicles (documents, accessories fitment, delivery etc.)
5 Assist with Export account management (invoicing, payment allocation, instalment follow up)
6 Good verbal and written communication skills
7 Assist with customer liaison (assist with telephonic and written responses, and face-to-face engagement where necessary
8 Must have technical knowledge of commercial vehicle industry
9 Create and/or maintain databases as required
10 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
11 Must have good knowledge on excel and powerpoint

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Knowlegde of Export process eg, Logistics, Freight & Border charges. Ect
* Preferably SAP and Automate Experience
* Technical/Mechanical Experience
