SUMMARY:
A large manufacturing company based in Wadeville is seeking a seasoned Exports Administrator with Syspro experience to join their team. Must have a strong exports track record!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Matric.
Computer literate.
Proficient in Microsoft outlook, word, excel.
Syspro experience
Be able to work under pressure and deadline driven.
Strong administration skills
Willing to work long hours and weekends if required

Job Description:
Loading of sales orders
Sales order maintenance
Printing & Invoicing of picking slips
Creating commercial invoices
Preparing export specification sheets
Preparing of balance sheet for Syspro invoices and commercial invoices
Completing all documentation for filing
Liaising with procurement for outstanding stock
Liaising with EDI Administrator for preparation of customs documentation
Completing daily KPI’s to exports supervisor.
Doing monthly stock takes on different exports warehouses
Any reasonable requests
General administration duties.
