Export Coordinator

SUMMARY:
A manufacturing company in the east rand is looking to employ an Export Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Requirements                                       

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Assist in administrative work                      
• Coordinate travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Export department                          
• Coordinate work on vehicles (documents, accessories fitment, delivery etc.)                        
• Assist with Export account management (invoicing, payment allocation, instalment follow up)     
• Good verbal and written communication skills                    
• Assist with customer liaison (assist with telephonic and written responses, and face-to-face engagement where necessary                           
• Must have technical knowledge of commercial vehicle industry                  
• Create and/or maintain databases as required                   
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned                
• Must have good knowledge on excel and powerpoint
  

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS                                       

• Knowledge of Export process eg, Logistics, Freight & Border charges. Ect                
• Preferably SAP and Automate Experience                            
• Technical/Mechanical Experience 

SALARY

R15 000 - R20 000
