Job Description:
Working hand in hand with product managers and designers to create top call interfaces.
Quality management and testing of software products within the SDLC.
Test planning and case documentation, management & execution.
Reporting of test results and contribution to release planning.
Explore product features and interactions to discover inadequacies and to expose the high-risk areas likely to escape automated test processes.
Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC processes and process improvement.
Liaising with the product owner and team about possible issues with the product and to improve the user experience of the product.
Contribution to requirement analysis and feature design through considering testability requirements and by applying product test experience.
Contributing and attending to agile ceremonies. (Daily stand-ups, sprints, grooming sessions, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.)
Log, Identify and track bugs and possible problems with the software product.
Assisting the QA team with explanatory and regression testing of software products.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 Year or more experience in software testing.
Technologies: JIRA/Zephyr, Bitbucket, Confluence, pgAdmin/DBeaver, SQL, Git, Visual Studio Code, Mac, Linux & Windows OS.
ISTQB/ISEB Certifications will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrating accountability, proactivity, and an enthusiastic attitude.
Previous experience in software testing methods. (Functional and Non-Functional, Regression, Performance, Acceptance, Integration, Compatibility, Usability and Security.)
Previous experience in telecommunication protocols will be an advantage.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or proven experience-based equivalent
