Scaffolding Team: 

• Scaffolding Supervisor
• Fixer
• Charge Hand
• General Workers

Painting Team:

• Painting Supervisor
• Hand Painter
• Spray Painter
• General Worker

Lagging Team:

• Lagging Supervisor
• Lagger
• Sheet Metal Worker
• General Worker

Sandblasting Team:

• Sandblasting Supervisor
• Sandblaster
• Pot Operator
• General Worker

Compliance Team:

• Safety Officer
• SHE Representative
• QC in Lagging and Painting

 Key Responsibilities (Role dependent):

• Perform Scaffolding activities according to project requirements and job role.
• Adhere to site rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and safely.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Follow instructions from supervisor, foremen, and site managers.
• Maintain good housekeeping standard on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant scaffolding experience (entry level to highly experienced).
• Knowledge of scaffolding site safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contracts or project-based assignments.
• Valid South African ID.
• Qualifications (where applicable) will be advantageous
