MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – Non Negotiable:

• Min of 5 years’ experience as a workshop foreman with a franchised dealership
• Clear ID Copy
• Clear Driver’s License Copy
• Last 3 Months Payslips
• Neat photo of yourself
• Up to date detailed CV
• Grade 12 senior certificate
• Merseta / Olifantsfontein Certificate motor mechanic
• Master or Diagnostic Technician Certificate Beneficial
• Clean criminal record
• Clear ITC record

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be computer literate

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
• The Workshop Foreman will be required to work on fast moving brands as well as premium brand vehicles when required.
• He foreman would be required to manage the workshop and staff, Service Advisors, Technicians, and or more staff. Time management is essential as well as problem solving. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CANDIDATE HAVE A MIN OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A WORKSHOP FOREMAN.
• Must be able to perform various tasks such as, Minor and Major Services / Engine Remove and replace / Engine Strip & Assemble / Gearbox Remove & Replace / Braking Systems / Steering / Suspension / Differentials / ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS / MECHANICAL DIAGNOSTICS
