POSITION INFO:
Position: Experienced Workshop Costing & Warranty Clerk    
Industry: Automotive 
Location: Witbank, Mpumalanga
Salary:  R 15,000.00 Basic (plus Benefits)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear ID Copy 
• Clear Driver’s License Copy 
• Last 3 Months Payslips 
• Neat photo of yourself 
• Up to date detailed CV – Ensure Starting and Finishing dates are correct – Please take your time when doing your cv this reflects the person you are.
• Grade 12 senior certificate 
• Clean criminal record 
• Clear ITC record 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must have good communication skills 
• Must be computer literate 

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
• The Costing Clerk will be required to work with fast moving brands as well as premium brand vehicles. 
• Must be able to perform various tasks such as, booking in of vehicles when needed, costing and invoicing of all job cards on a daily basis, costing all warranty work. Sending daily warranty parts to the factory, Managing claims age analysis, Authorization for warranty and cash work to be done. 
• Factory OEM Claim experience is essential as well as Parts returns and the correct processes.
