Experienced STORE MANAGER needed for a busy Distribution Company in Midrand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

STORE Manager needed in Midrand
  • 2-3 years of Beauty or Industry related qualifications. 
  • 3- 5 years of experience working in a busy Spa/Salon/ Store environment in a Management/ Store Manager capacity
  • Previous working experience with Cosmetics, Beauty products, etc 
  • MUST have experience managing people.
  • Own Transport and valid Driver’s License
  • MUST be able to work under pressure
  • MUST have excellent product knowledge of various beauty products
  • MUST be a Sales and Target driven individual, and motivate staff to reach targets
  • These positions require retail experience
  • Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets 
  • Controlling expenses
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 
  • Figure and admin orientated
  • Organized and thorough
  • An excellent leader and business manager
  • Profit and turnover driven
  • Able to manage risk within the store
