Experienced STORE MANAGER needed for a busy Distribution Company in Midrand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

STORE Manager needed in Midrand

2-3 years of Beauty or Industry related qualifications.
3- 5 years of experience working in a busy Spa/Salon/ Store environment in a Management/ Store Manager capacity
Previous working experience with Cosmetics, Beauty products, etc
MUST have experience managing people.
Own Transport and valid Driver’s License
MUST be able to work under pressure
MUST have excellent product knowledge of various beauty products
MUST be a Sales and Target driven individual, and motivate staff to reach targets
These positions require retail experience
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
Figure and admin orientated
Organized and thorough
An excellent leader and business manager
Profit and turnover driven
Able to manage risk within the store
