Greys Recruitment is a leading national Recruitment Agency with over 40 years’ experience in white-collar recruitment. We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Cape Town branch based in Parow North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

Execute a recruitment strategy to set goals and achieve quality placements.
Ensure both candidates and clients are at the forefront of your decision-making.
Create and manage vacancy adverts on the company website, social media portals and relevant job boards.
Design high quality job specs for clients.
Proficient use of social media to source candidates of a high standard.
Shortlisting and vetting of suitable candidates.

Requirements

Matric essential.
Relevant degree / tertiary qualification advantageous.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant in a recruitment agency environment.
Proven ability and track-record of quality placements.
Face-to-face and telephonic interview skills.
Self-driven and proactive.
Time-management and organisational skills.

Excellent basic plus monthly commission on offer, with no monthly deficit carried forward.
