POSITION INFO:
Position: Experienced Receptionist
Industry: Automotive 
Location: Redhill, Durban
Salary: Basic R 6,000.00 per month (non-negotiable + UIF)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 senior certificate 
  • Clean criminal record 
  • Clear ITC record 
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
  • Must read / write & speak English 
  • Must computer literate
  • Exceptional Telephonic Skills
  • Must work well under pressure 
EXPERIENCE:
  • The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
  • The candidate must have a min of 2 years’ experience in a corporate dealership.
  • Receptionist  will be provided with comprehensive training from time to time. 
  • We are seeking a receptionist that is excellent at customer service and have exceptional telephonic skills. The candidate must be vibrant, making a customer feel right at home. Leading to excellence. The successful candidate will be required to make bookings, manage appointments and do filling. Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Duties would be as follows but not limited to:
  • Answering the telephone.
  • General Administration.
  • Filling.
  • Capturing bookings.
  • Making appointments.
  • General office duties and ordering of office supplies.
