SUMMARY:
A well-known Locksmith in Durban – Pinetown that has been in business for 30 years is seeking the right go-getting Locksmith Technician to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Position: Experienced Locksmith Technician
Industry: Security 
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: Depending on experience 
Closing date: Friday, 17 September 2021
    
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Please do not apply if you do not have all the qualifications required 
• Clear ID Copy 
• Clear Driver’s License Copy 
• Clean criminal record 
• Clear ITC record 
• Min 3 years’ experience 

Not compulsory but beneficial: 

• LASA qualified 
• PSIRA registered 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must have good communication skills 
• Must be computer literate 

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
• The technician would be required to work 
• - Mon – Fri from 8.00am – 5.00pm
• - Saturday from 8.00am – 1.00pm
• Clean cut and well groomed with excellent communication skills as they would be the face of the company 
• The technician must be competent in the following:
• - Competent in coding transponder keys
• - Opening the latest vehicles
• - Installing access control systems
• - Installing and opening safes
