JOB DESCRIPTION:

Front Desk Manager needed in Kempton Park

At least 1-year Beauty Therapy qualification.
Previous experience in a Spa Administrative / Team Leader Role
2-4 years of working experience in a busy 5 Star Spa establishment as a Front Desk Coordinator with some Management duties
Experiences in ChiDesk an advantage
MUST be Computer literate and confident working on Spa POS Software and Excel
MUST have Administrative & Management skills.
MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and spa standards, targets, cleanliness, stock control, sales, shifting & staff management, etc.
MUST have knowledge of Spa service and a 5 Star hospitality environment
MUST have previous experience with making bookings, answering calls, cash-ups and stock take, therapist roaster set up.
Well-groomed, poised, and confident to interact with guests and staff alike in a mature and professional manner
MUST be willing to work Hospitality Hours & Shifts.
MUST have own reliable transport or reside within 30km radius of Spa if making use of public transport
