Position: Experienced Diesel Workshop Foreman  
Industry: Automotive 
Location: Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: Basic to be discussed (plus Benefits and Incentives, No Medical Aid)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a workshop foreman with a franchised dealership 
• Clear ID Copy 
• Clear Driver’s License Copy (Code 14)
• Last 3 Months Payslips 
• Neat photo of yourself 
• Up to date detailed CV
• Grade 12 senior certificate 
• Merseta / Olifantsfontein Certificate Diesel mechanic 
• Master or Diagnostic Technician Certificate Beneficial 
• Clean criminal record 
• Clear ITC record 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must have good communication skills 
• Must be computer literate 

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
• The Workshop Foreman will be required to work on fast moving brands as well as premium brand vehicles when required. ( from light to heavy duty vehicles)
• The foreman would be required to manage the workshop and staff, Service Advisors, (6) Technicians, and or more staff. 
• Time management is essential as well as a positive attitude and a great problem solver. 
• IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CANDIDATE HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A WORKSHOP FOREMAN.
• Must be able to perform various tasks such as
• - Minor and Major Services
• - Engine Remove and replace
• - Engine Strip & Assemble
• - Gearbox Remove & Replace
• - Braking Systems
• - Steering
• - Suspension
• - Differentials
• - ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS
• - MECHANICAL DIAGNOSTICS
