POSITION INFO:
Position: Experienced Dealership Technical Service Advisor 
Industry: Automotive 
Location: Redhill, Durban 
Salary: Basic R 8,000.00 per month (non-negotiable + UIF)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 senior certificate 
• Clean criminal record 
• Clear ITC record 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must computer literate 
• Must have good knowledge of aftermarket part on vehicles 
• Efficient in Costing of Job cards
• Extensive knowledge of Aftermarket Parts 

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
• The candidate must have a min of 2 years’ experience in a corporate dealership.
• Technical Service Advisors will be provided with comprehensive training from time to time. 
• We are seeking a service advisor that is excellent at customer service. The candidate must be vibrant, making a customer feel right at home. Leading to excellence. The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly sales and sales activity targets. Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.

Duties would be as follows but not limited to:

• Booking in vehicles.
• Inspection of vehicles with client whilst booking in.
• Loading clients and vehicles on CRM system.
• Allocating vehicle for repairs to correct technician.
• Follow up on progress of vehicles with technicians.
• Keeping clients up dated as much as possible.
• Upselling products available.
• Ensuring a pleasing experience for the clients.
