Experienced Dealership Service Advisor

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an Experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their team in Witbank, Mpumalanga. Minimum 2 years franchised dealer experience required.

Position: Experienced Dealership Service Advisor

Salary: Basic R 10,000.00 (depending on experience, plus Benefits)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made. 
• The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly sales and sales activity targets. 
• Service Advisors will be provided with a comprehensive training from time to time. 
• Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
• Minimum 2 years franchised dealer experience required.

• Grade 12 senior certificate 

• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must computer literate 
• Must have good knowledge of aftermarket part on vehicles 

• Booking in vehicles.
• inspection of vehicles with client whilst booking in.
• Loading clients and vehicles on CRM system.
• Allocating vehicle for repairs to correct technician.
• Follow up on progress of vehicles with technicians.
• Keeping clients up dated.
• Upselling products available.
• Ensuring a pleasing experience for the clients 

• The processing of your personal information and sharing it with third parties for verifications. 
• The exercising of your rights provided for by POPIA.
