JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you immediately available to assist on a Temporary contract with a Possibility of going permanent .

Multinational company based in Rosebank in the Financial Technology sector Urgently seeks an Executive assistant to Group CEO. must have solid proven working experience in this role - experience in working for a large organization on executive level.

The individual MUST exhibit a very professional and polished demeanour and must fully understand what the role entails.

Self-driven and motivated needs to be an understatement when describing themselves.

Must be comfortable with tight deadlines and a high pressurised environment

Will be an integral part of the team .

The successful candidate requirements :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business writing skills
Understand and knowledge of MS office(Word Powerpoint (Presentations) and excel )
Ability to problem solve , analyse and meet deadlines
Minute taking
administritive support
full function Personal assistant duties
work extra time when required
