SUMMARY:
Our Client is a well established Recruitment business operating in Senior and Executive placements in the Financial Markets domain.

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• B Com degree
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Well groomed
• Strong sales personality with a proven track record of success
• Excellent planning skills
• Travel away from home (for client development and candidate interviews)

 Job Deliverables (brief summary, but not limited to):

• Developing and building a new client base
• Sourcing / screening / interviewing Candidates
• Assist in training new and existing executive search specialists and account executives
• Weekly planning, analysis of activity standards and revenue projections
• Ad intelligence gathering
• Setting up interviews
• Building client files and updating client and candidate records
• Search / Headhunting calls
• Advert writing and response handling
• Building the database source files in Gold Mine and maintaining the database
• Marketing of Candidates to clients and potential clients
• Reference checking and background investigations
• Regular Client visits – both new and existing clients
• Bringing in and qualifying new job assignments
• Fee negotiation
• Commission calculations
• Administration and correspondence
