SUMMARY:
An opportunity for an Executive Sales Consultant in the Recruitment Industry is available in the Gauteng/Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ + experience as Sales Consultant with proven success
  • Called calling
  • Telesales
  • Presentation to potential clients
  • Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.) with existing client base across all industries
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Performance and objective driven individual
  • Deadline driven

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tactical Planning

  • Track developments in target industries (e.g. mergers and acquisitions as well as new technologies etc.)
  • Develop knowledge of target industries (e.g. call centres, blue collar, telecoms, government, etc.)
  • Network and build up contact base within these targeted industries.
  • Determine decision makers and influencers in each company.
  • Develop a sales strategy for each targeted industry.
  • Understand and develop route to market strategies and initiatives.

Revenue

  • Deliver New business across all Fempower service offerings
  • Meet monthly financial targets
  • New Business Acquisition
  • Drive new business growth within the recruitment (Perm and TES; White Collar and Blue Collar) environments
  • Maintain and develop a network base within prospective clients.
  • Manage track and complete the sales process with each prospective client.
  • Manage the handover to operational manager/team.

Brand Awareness

  • Join and participate in no less than 3 professional associations that your best prospects and clients belong to
  • Attend any and all trade shows and conventions that your best prospects and customers attend.
  • Conduct competitor analysis quarterly to understand new value propositions.

Delivery process performance

  • Negotiation process to finalise contracts.
  • Fees and Billing
  • Implementation process and timelines together with operations
  • Service Levels
  • Contractual Obligations

The operating system

  • Load and open new clients
  • Capture and maintain all client interactions on the operating. System.
  • Capture any additional activity such as e-mails sent, costings submitted under client interactions.

 Proposals and Tenders

  • Compile and write proposals and RFQ’s
  • Continuously remain relevant and updated on case studies.
  • Feedback on ideas for new products and existing product innovations to management
  • Develop presentations in conjunction with Projects.
  • Deliver client presentations.

Reports

  • Complete and submit reports as per the report schedule.
  • Reports to have high integrity.
  • Reports to meet required deadlines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct weekly meetings with operations to obtain progress on open orders and understand operational constraints or capacity.
  • Involve operations in all new business and maintain a united front with the client.
