SUMMARY:
People First, a subsidiary of Fempower Personnel, has an opportunity available for an Executive Sales Consultant to be based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of learnerships, apprenticeships and disability service offerings with the objective to increase market share
• Knowledge and experience in learnerships and SETA programmes
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients on all levels
• Excellent administration, communication, and time management skills
• Strong editing and proof- reading capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to work under extreme pressure
• Logical, analytical and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Client presentation ability
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle

• Drive telesales activity to reach outputs of new clients calls
• Drive the acquisition of new business as a value proposition in line with our mission and values
• Grow business in designated industry areas
• Engage operations on the delivery of new specs brought in
• Make cold calls of introduction to the new prospects and develop sales plan for each targeted company
• Maintain and develop a network base and manage, track and complete the sales process with each prospective client
• Manage internal stakeholder management to obtain organic leads
• Develop presentations in conjunction with management and present the presentations
• Planning and implementing activities that drive profitability and growth
• Conduct weekly meetings with operations to obtain progress on open orders
• Grow revenue on existing clients and meet monthly revenue targets
