JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for an Executive PA based in Stormill.

Requirements:

8+ years’ experience as a senior secretarial.
Work experience as an Executive PA to Managing Directors or CEO’s.
Familiarity with office tools such as copy machines etc.
BComm or completed secretarial diploma.
The ability to build relationships on all levels with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Oversee receptionist and cleaner performance.
Format information for internal and external communication.
Take minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
Answering calls and liaising with clients competently.
Prepare papers for meetings, plan and organize meetings, improve office efficiency, prepare presentations and manage office requirements.

Keeping record and control of audits done at branches
