Key responsibilities and duties
Executive assistance Provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to the Executive team Acting as the point of contact between stakeholders and the Executive team
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for presentations or projects for the Executive team
Screening and directing phone calls for Executives and distributing correspondence accordingly
Setting up and coordinating meetings for the Executives
Drafting of HR letters, employee contracts, visa letters, etc.
Compiling of UIF documents
Assisting with coordination of employee wellness projects and interventions
Arranging interviews, providing correspondence to applicants and providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants
Education and experience
Diploma in relevant field (NQF level 6)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience dealing with secretarial duties, administration and interacting at executive level within a professional organisation
Own reliable transport
