Experience IT Recruiter needed for Recruitment concern in the North

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a medium sized, owner managed business with over 20 years combined experience and they find their niche in the market place as a company who prefers to work with a small selection of companies, building strong and long-lasting relationships. Their core business is in Executive Search and senior/executive recruitment predominately in the Engineering/Technical, Supply chain, Finance & Sales sectors. They would like to add IT recruitment as part of their service offering to their client, hence the newly created vacancy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant to perform duties in recruitment, work with and support hiring managers to source and attract candidates, hiring of management staff and manage the offer process and negotiate salary package.

The successful candidate will have a proven recruitment record.

They will not consider candidates who have recently completed their HR qualifications. The incumbent must be a senior Consultant with a solid, proven recruitment record.
