SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on exceptional customer service is looking for an Mandarin Speaking Executive Host that will be based in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Gaming VIP Services Host.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Essential: Mandarin speaking. 
• Beneficial: Knowledge of premium players.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing cost benefit analysis.
• Attend card player events.
• Determine the financial impact.
• Build professional relationship.
• Deliver personalised service to the gaming target market.
• Communicate with key intention of generating targeted visits and revenue.
• Meet and exceed targets.
• Be visible at all times and attend to the needs of VIP clients.
• Assist with the marketing of Slots and Tables Premium Black Card Player packages.
• Ensure optimum exposure for the property.
• Effectively manage allocated Black Card players.
• Ensure that all confidentiality, Gross Gaming Revenue, regulatory procedures, Standard

Operating Procedures, rules and license requirements are implemented.

Additional Information:

• Required: Shift work.
• Required to work in a smoking environment.
• Required to obtain a Gauteng Gaming Board Licence.
• Opportunity to travel locally in order to increase the customer database and offer a specialised service.
