SA Citizen
Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar qualification
Experienced in banqueting and conferencing
Strong staff and stock management skills
Strong leadership skills - must have min 6yrs experience as an Executive Chef
Creative menu planning and menu implementation
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
