POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Must have a Formal culinary qualification
• At least 2 years of management experience in a 5* Environment
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Passionate about food and the food experience
• Ability to lead a team
• The Ability to motivate staff to consistently deliver
• Computer Literate
• Must have attention to detail
• Smart and presentable
• Good Communications Skills

This is a 2 year fixed-term position
